Cause:

Five of the four bearing rods and cylinder bearing rods lack lubricating oil and produce abnormal noise.

Due to the loosening of the screws after long-term use, the height of the aluminum plate of the press is not on the same plane.

solution:

Apply lubricating oil to the four bearing rods and the bearing rods of the cylinder so that the bearing rods are completely soaked in lubricating oil.

First, use a vernier caliper to measure the distance from the bottom surface of the aluminum plate of the press to the press, and adjust it to 206mm. Finally, adjust the aluminum plate of the press to the same plane and lock it.
